CRANIAL ORTHOTIC FUNDING REQUIREMENTS:
MCLEF will cover the cost of cranial helmets for the children of active duty Marines or Navy Corpsman. Payment will be made directly to the provider as soon as the following is received by MCLEF:
1. AN EMAIL FROM THE MOTHER OR FATHER FROM THEIR ACTIVE DUTY USMC EMAIL ADDRESS THAT LISTS:
